Prototype clamp for holding layers together before first sew

This worked very well. Time saved per mask:

1) 30 seconds NOT drawing the sew-here line

2) 10 seconds quicker sewing

Next experiment: better steel layer and sheet magnet. Not because the 

prototype isn't magnetic enough but because the scotch-tape/sellotape 

will give up at some point.
