Spunbond polyester fabric - 360gsm

RagMask-Max pattern again - easy to sew. The fabric is very breathable but quite stiff. While I normally turn the mask inside out to increase the cupping that would have been impossible for this mask doe to the stiffness.  Wearing it is comfy for me (card template was "M" medium).

Conclusion:

Unfortunately this is not good enough to stop Omicron even if I could sew it with twice the GSM, which I would need a better sewing machine for.

Sometimes spunbond materials can test up in the high 90's. Sometimes not. The disposable respirator industry uses melt-blown layers that can take an electrostatic charge, but I keep questing for high filtration masks that don't require that so the world could make billions of them on home-sewing machines.
